The German national team is World Champion in Handball. In the final match the team with its coach Heiner Brandt defeated the Polish Team with 29 goals to 24. 19000 fantastic fans in the “Kölnarena” and millions of spectators on TV ensured a never before seen wave of enthusiasm. The German Team proved in an impressive way what it is possible to reach with “Teamgeist” and the right system.

Since 20 years Murrelektronik supports the handball team TV Oppenweiler. They have developed from a local playing team to one of the figureheads of handball in Wuerttemberg. Because of the long-time partnership Murrelektronik is a known mark in the handball arenas in the south of Germany.
